This position is a full time position as main Groundsman. The position includes; Handyman works / maintenance of general precinct common areas that doesn''t require a trade Maintenance of pool cleaning and testing, basement cleaning, bird & fish feeding, monitoring of infrastructure & services and reporting, assistance with event set up and pack down. Waste management includes collection of bins, compactor loading & sanitising bins Assisting the Project Management team Apartment maintenance when required for small handyman works and furniture moving About the Company Remmah Properties is the Caretaker and Precinct Manager for one of Darwin''s most innovative residential and commercial high-rise developments.
