Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the ordering of nonimpress food supplies, plating of meals, menu selections and ensuring that quality control of food production is maintained to an acceptable standard. You will directly report to the Services Supervisor on a daytoday basis and ultimately report to the Facility Manager. About You Work well within a team environment under limited direction. Are flexible in your approach to working in various settings and roster systems. Have sound interpersonal and communications skills. Have the ability to relate to people from different cultures, backgrounds and circumstances. Form healthy working relationships with all levels of staff and provide assistance and cooperation when needed. Have good time management skills. Understands and uses discretion and maintains strict confidentiality. Have experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals and meeting dietary requirements. Understand the importance of safe working conditions, food storage and correct food handling techniques. Eligibility Applicants are encouraged to have previous experience in cooking bulk meals, cooking for dietary requirements and have sound computer skills.
