Start 15th of December plus ongoing work after Christmas Overview Link-Force Au'' is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team at our Garden Island, WA location. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures in a variety of projects. You will work as part of a skilled team to deliver high-quality, efficient construction work. Responsibilities Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to construct formwork systems Selecting and preparing appropriate materials for formwork construction Assembling, bracing and securing formwork components to ensure structural integrity Stripping and dismantling formwork after concrete has set Maintaining formwork materials and equipment in good working order Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues Ensuring all work is completed to required standards and safety regulations Qualifications Formal qualification in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience as a Formwork Carpenter Strong understanding of formwork design, construction, decking and installing deck Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications Excellent problem-solving, time management and team collaboration skills Commitment to workplace health and safety practices What We Offer Flexible work arrangements and competitive hourly rates Ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills Supportive and rewarding workplace culture About Us Link-Force Au'' is a leading construction and civil engineering company operating across Western Australia.
