Whats Involved: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated administrators, ideally with experience in haematology or oncology administration. In this collaborative environment, responsibilities will include: Patient liaison: Welcoming patients, answering calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Patient administration: Billing, accurate data entry in our e-management system (Episoft and Genie), and managing records. Liaising with hospitals, specialists, and allied health professionals. Supporting doctors, coordinating with nurses, and assisting allied health staff in delivering patient care. Who You Are: Demonstrated ability to work with empathy and compassion. Demonstrated ability to multitask. Experience in a hospital or day hospital setting is desirable. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Essential: Specialist practice experience and proficiency in Genie software. What You Bring: Experience in a medical practice or haematology / oncology setting is highly regarded. Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Insurance. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use multiple software systems and proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
