Synergie Australia is seeking an Industrial Painter/Blaster for our FIFO client located in the Northern Territory, with an immediate start and ongoing opportunities. Important Details 13 days on / 8 days off FIFO roster with charter points from Cairns or Darwin (travel from other locations at applicants expense) Pay Rate: $50.00 $55.13 (flat rate) Immediate start with ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes Mix and match paints and coatings according to specifications Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure a smooth, even finish Operate and maintain painting equipment safely Follow workplace safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and ventilation Qualifications Previous experience in industrial painting or a similar role EWP + 11m high risk work license Confined space entry and working heights certification (within the last 3 years) Knowledge of different painting techniques, coatings, and equipment Must be willing to be clean shaven for fit mask testing requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces Benefits & Offers Meals and camp accommodation provided during swings Opportunity to join a respected client and dynamic team in a long-term role Are you interested in this job?
