Our client is an Australian-owned construction company delivering high-spec government and Defence projects across Australia and the Pacific. With a growing national presence and a $1B+ defence project underway, theyre expanding their Darwin site team. About the Role Youll support site operations across multiple newbuild Defence facilities, coordinating trades, enforcing safety, and ensuring work is delivered to spec and schedule. Ideal for a handson supervisor looking to step into Defence work. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site trades Maintain WHS and QA standards Monitor progress, materials, and subcontractor performance Report daily to the Site Manager and Project Manager Uphold Defence security and site compliance requirements About You Tradequalified Carpenter with strong site supervision experience Experience on large commercial or government builds Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Clean Police Check | Defence experience preferred Rewards $120,000 $140,000 + super National Defence project | longterm pipeline Strong team culture | growth and mentorship path #J-18808-Ljbffr
