The Role Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner to become part of our team at a vibrant retail location. This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. Full-time Positions Available. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 22:24 - 06:00 Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard Floor scrubbing/buffing (use of machinery) Spot cleaning of furnishings Sweeping and mopping Toilet cleaning Rubbish collection Cleaning of glass, both internal and external Dusting of all hard surfaces About You Cleaning Experience and good understanding of cleaning chemicals, solutions, equipment and tools required to clean floors and common areas. Mature-minded, with a clear understanding of the conditions and challenges this role presents, and a proactive attitude toward getting the job done. Must be fit and prepared to be active as this is a high foot traffic shopping center and standards are very high as well as expectations. Proven experience of working in a team successfully. The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work. Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required. Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus. Additional Responsibilities Operate waste compactors Work in dock environments Work in confined spaces (e.g. goods lifts) Sweeping and mopping Rubbish collection, move heavy bins Dusting of all hard surfaces Employment Details You must have valid work rights in Australia.
