Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation is seeking new team members to join their team.No experience is required.We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents.You will be offered a 24month contract for the traineeship with lockedin shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.What we are seeking:Have a great attitudeBe reliableWillingness to learn and workAbility to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtainWorking Rights in AustraliaHave regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)Want to work and care for the elderly?Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)ShiftsShifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 10:00pm.You chose your days and hours.To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm, until you complete your fasttracked accredited training units and your onthejob training has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00am.ServicesPersonal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)Meal assistanceToileting assistanceThe setting of tables and meals for residentsSocial activitiesAbility to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staffFollow policies and proceduresComplete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please apply here! #J-18808-Ljbffr
