The OpportunityNovaskill has partner with Northern Beaches Council, and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Community and Recreation Sports and Recreation Team as an Aquatics and Recreation Trainee.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation.About The RoleAssisting with lifeguarding and pool supervision.Providing excellent customer service to patrons.Supporting swim school programs, including learn-to-swim and squad training.Working with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.Assisting with centre administration and daily operations.Understanding the responsibilities and standards of the Royal Life Saving Society (Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation).What Were Looking ForMotivated, reliable and eager to learn.Passionate about the aquatic and recreation industry.Comfortable working in customer-centred environment.Able to follow safety guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism.What We OfferPaid Trainee Award wages.A supportive team environment with qualified staff and workplace assessors.Handson industry experience at a leading aquatic centre.Novaskill is about enriching peoples lives and cultivating futures.
