Greenkeeper / Skilled Tractor Operator Jimboomba Turf | Jimboomba, QLD Full-Time | Immediate Start Available About Us Jimboomba Turf is one of SouthEast Queenslands leading premium turf producers, supplying highquality lawn varieties to residential, commercial and retail customers. Our team takes pride in producing immaculate, professionally presented turf yearround. Were now seeking an experienced Greenkeeper or Skilled Tractor Operator to join our operations team and support the ongoing quality and presentation of our farm. The Role This is a handson role focused on maintaining premium turf through precision cylinder mowing and general farm duties. You will: Operate cylinder mowers, tractors and associated turf equipment with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain turf to presentation standards required for premium retail and highend varieties. Perform daily and weekly machinery checks, basic servicing, greasing and cleaning. Assist with general farm tasks including mowing, rolling, irrigation checks, repairs and light cultivation work. Support harvesting operations when needed. Uphold safety, care for equipment, and contribute to the overall presentation of the farm. About You We''re looking for someone who takes pride in detail and enjoys working outdoors. You will ideally have: Experience as a Greenkeeper, Tractor Operator, or in turf production / sports turf. Proven ability to operate cylinder mowers and turf machinery accurately. High attention to detail understanding that presentation matters. Mechanical aptitude and reliability in performing machinery checks. Drivers licence and ability to work early mornings if required. A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and within a small team. Highly regarded: Experience with turf farms, golf courses, sports fields, or precision mowing.
