We are seeking a PartTime Food & Beverage Attendant with the ability to confidently deliver unforgettable experiences. This role requires a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service. DaytoDay Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests over the phone and provide inspired recommendations to enhance their inroom dining experience. Ensure seamless and efficient service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages directly to guests rooms. Set up and pack down and hand over the room service department in preparation of the next shift as required. Set up your workstation stock up on all the supplies youll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works. Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a truly seamless food and beverage service. Minimize waste and keep your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents. Take on adhoc duties to keep the service running smoothly. What We Need From You Experience & knowledge strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is beneficial. Ability to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling. Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate.
