Job Overview Join our team as an Apprentice Carpenter at PV Projects and start your journey in the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with various carpentry activities on residential and commercial construction projects. Work closely with the Leading Hand and other carpenters to carry out tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work. Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks under supervision. Assist with the setup and maintenance of tools and equipment for the project. Help ensure work is completed to a high standard, in line with project specifications and timelines. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times. Assist with site inspections to identify hazards and maintain cleanliness. Learn from more experienced carpenters, participating in training and gaining new skills to progress in the trade. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other tradespeople on site. Assist with maintaining tools and materials, ensuring efficient use and delivery on time.
