We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Punchbowl Laundry. Immediate start 8:00am to 4:06pm Monday to Friday $28.64 per hour + 12% super The purpose of the Customer Service Co-ordinator role is to ensure the effective resolution of customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner along with prompt and accurate processing of data. They will be responsible for resolving Customer Care queries via email and phone while ensuring they are forwarded to the appropriate person and will also perform other administration duties as required to suit the needs of the business. About the Role Preparation and processing of daily Delivery Dockets Filing Delivery dockets after processing Ensuring all Delivery Dockets and Production paperwork is printed, filed, and sent to appropriate workstations Receiving and processing all orders received from Customers (by Email, Fax or Phone) and forward details to appropriate workstations Filing General team support to Account Managers Reconciling end of day dockets and submitting revenue Keying and filling Customer Action Notes (CAN) Prepare and process daily manual charges Prepare and process manual credits Process damaged Pro rata charging Price changes Printing Request and distributing daily and weekly reports Route Changes Any other duties as required Skills and Experience Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role Strong communication and negotiating skills Knowledge of Industrial garments and related products desirable Sound decision making and problemsolving skills Good numeracy and literacy Ability to work without direct supervision and achieve desired outcomes Ability to multitask Previous experience/exposure to an industrial or production environment desirable (AS400 desirable) Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Stable employment opportunities On the job training provided Supportive and inclusive culture Please note: A prerequisite for these roles candidates will be required to undertake preemployment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
