What Were Looking For: Chefs / Cooks: Proven kitchen experience, a passion for fine foods, ability to think outside the box and test/mix flavours and foods, flexibility to work in a team or independently, skill set that has the "cooking essentials" as a bare minimum, stock control, safe food handling qualification essential. Kitchen Hand: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, safe food handling certificate, ability to work independently or as a team, experience in a fastpaced venue as we can get slammed during our wedding season, and a few "cook" skills couldn''t hurt. Proven Hospitality Experience: Let your hospitality journey shine through! Possessing expertise in upselling, as well as the ability to adeptly carry three plates, would be highly valued. RSA Certification: Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
