Synergie is seeking a Weighbridge Attendant for our client who is a leading waste management facility located at Warnambool, VIC $37.08 per hour + Super Temp to Perm Opportunity Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM What you will be required to do: As the Weighbridge Attendant / Gatekeeper, you will play a key role in coordinating and controlling all waste movement entering and leaving the site while ensuring accurate data recording and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately weigh and record all incoming and outgoing vehicles Direct traffic and monitor all vehicle movements on-site Assist customers with enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service Maintain the weighbridge office and surrounding area in a clean and hazardfree condition Complete administrative tasks including answering phones and directing calls Operate computerised weighbridge systems and produce required reports Ensure all paperwork and records are completed clearly and accurately Maintain a professional image and support smooth site operations To be successful in the role you will: Have moderate computer skills and strong numerical aptitude Experience in waste industry is ideal but not essential Be able to and comfortable doing 4 day/4 off/4 night Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy Be able to work autonomously and within a team Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills Show reliability, commitment to attendance, and a strong safety focus Whats on offer for you: As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
