Repairs and Service Mechanical Assembler Barker Trailers has been manufacturing semi-trailers for over 50 years in Victoria, and we employ approximately 120 staff across our two sites Woodend and Maryborough. Our products are sold Australia wide, and we are innovative leaders in design and development of products for the transport sector. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Repairs and Services Department to support our growing production schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform brake and electrical fit-outs and replacements Work with hydraulic systems Conduct basic welding tasks (advantageous) Requirements Automotive background with relevant qualifications in mechanical or auto electrical fields preferred Practical experience in automotive repairs and servicing Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced production environment If you are motivated, skilled, and enjoy handson work in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
