Looking for a reliable, handson role in a supportive team environment? McLean Farms is seeking a Cleaner to join our Hopevale Cage Free Farm. This role plays an important part in maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting the day to day operations of our poultry site. About the Role This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across site facilities and operational areas. Your work will directly support staff wellbeing, biosecurity, and efficient farm operations. Key responsibilities include: Cleaning and maintaining amenities, including toilets, showers, offices, and lunchrooms Ensuring consumables are well stocked across facilities Laundering, drying, and storing company clothing, boots, and PPE Cleaning egg rooms and maintaining high hygiene standards Cleaning egg towers within sheds and keeping surrounding areas tidy Reporting any maintenance or hygiene issues as they arise About You Reliable, organised, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a farm and shed environment Willing to assist across different tasks when required Committed to workplace safety, hygiene, and biosecurity practices What We Offer A stable role within a growing Australianowned agribusiness Birthday Leave and two dozen free eggs per fortnight!
