This position is offered in a Permanent PartTime capacity (0.93FTE), 70.5 hours per fortnight. About the Role As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the school, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Reporting to the Principal or their delegate, you will work collaboratively with staff to support the school''s daily operations. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, toilet facilities, and shared spaces. Maintaining outdoor areas, including sweeping, hosing, and rubbish disposal. Performing floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and polishing. Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained for daily use. Reporting safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the Principal or Business Manager. About You Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards. Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks. Experience in cleaning or a similar role (beneficial but not essential).
