Field Service Technician Colac About the role Reporting to the Service Manager, this dynamic role is based at our Colac workshop with a mix of onsite and field work. Key responsibilities Complete mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs on our customers'' sites or at our workshop. Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance tasks ensuring our customers'' operations are up and running. Be able to develop a good relationship with our customers and provide a high level of professionalism. Keep accurate and detailed records and documentation including work orders and timesheets. Participate in skills and product training to expand your capabilities across our product range. Put safety first. About you Experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel equipment and stationary equipment with experience in hydraulics and electrics. Previous field service exposure would be highly regarded. A demonstrated commitment to safety. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal English ability. MR classification driver''s license advantageous but not essential. A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Whats in it for you?
