We have permanent part-time opportunities to work across our Tailem Bend group (Tailem Bend, Monarto South, Strathalbyn, Apamurra). This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, enjoy practical outdoor work, and thrive in a fastpaced, teambased environment. Youll get involved in everything from operating machinery to maintaining high grain quality and contributing to export operations. Youll work closely with site staff and play a key role in grain movement, storage, and export readiness. Duties may include but are not limited to Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process. Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and wellmaintained. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment. Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods. Assist with other tasks across the group of sites as directed. Manage the loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations. Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently. Grain classification and quality control checks. Implement pest management practices to maintain storage standards. About you Work well in a team environment with the ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges. Strong commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail. Calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Flexible and willing to assist across a range of site activities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people. Willing and able to undertake competencybased training for sitespecific tasks.
