Youll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards. This is a handson role youll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm. Your daytoday will include Leading and motivating your crew onsite Operating and transporting forklifts between farms Liaising with farmers and internal teams Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met Driving MR vehicles to and from sites What Youll Need MR drivers licence (required) Forklift licence (required) Proven experience leading a team in a handson role (agriculture, logistics, or similar) Strong communication and organisational skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols (Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence) Who We Are Multiquip Poultry is a national company supporting the poultry industry from egg to processing.
