Assist in loading grain onto trucks or unloading deliveries. Grain Handling and Storage: Transfer grain between silos, bins, and storage areas. Monitor grain quality during handling (checking for moisture, pests, contamination). Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep floors, clean equipment, and maintain a tidy work environment. Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery as required. Weighing and Recording: Operate weighbridges or scales to measure grain quantities. Record weights and maintain accurate documentation for inventory control. Safety and Compliance: Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including PPE use. Report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly. Assisting with Grain Processing: Support operations such as bagging, blending, or treating grain.
