Maxwell Recruitment & Training is a leading local labour hire, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) providing real-world training and employment pathways across manufacturing, mining services, engineering trades and construction.We are seeking motivated school leavers, entry-level candidates and career starters to complete our Electrotechnology Trade Pre-Apprenticeship, designed to prepare participants for a full Electrical Apprenticeship commencing in 2026.Program Content will Include:Units of competency relevant to Electrical TradesHands-on electrical training and theory-based learningAll training to be carried out at a state of the art facilities at Rutherford over a two (2) week periodStudents will be mentored by highly experienced trainers with real world experienceParticipants will be exposed to both hands on practical and theory lessonsParticipants will also be offered safety training in our RTO in Working at Heights, Confined Space''s & First Aid CPROur programs will run throughout January and FebruaryAll training will be carried out Monday - FridaySessions will run from 9am to 3pm dailyAll training will be held at Rutherford skills centresWhat We''re Looking For:Candidates must be eligible for work in AustraliaHave a genuine interest in pursuing a career as a TradespersonHave reliable transport to and from the training facilitiesA reasonable level of Maths and EnglishAbility to follow safety standards and WHS proceduresNo formal work experience or training is required to be eligible for this coursePlease note: This training program is 100% subsidised, meaning participants will be able to complete their training free of charge.To register your interest please follow the prompts below.
