Cohuna Village is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the chance to develop your skills within a friendly and supportive workplace. You will play a key role in presenting our village at its best by maintaining buildings, caring for landscaped areas, and ensuring all facilities operate safely and efficiently, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for our residents. What you will be doing Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and tending to gardens and plants Carrying out general repairs and upkeep around the facility Helping to keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe Maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies in good order Assisting with maintenance tasks indoors as needed Supporting the overall presentation of our site for residents and visitors What we are looking for Someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in a job well done General handyman skills and basic gardening knowledge Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks A current drivers licence A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Why join us?
