About the Role Gaming Attendants | Springwood Hotel | Join the Action Were looking for friendly, energetic Gaming Attendants to join our team and help deliver a first-class guest experience. Youll be part of a high-energy, fast-paced floor that will feature up to 45 gaming machines once the venue reopens. If you enjoy being handson, love interacting with guests, and thrive in a team environment, this is the role for you. What Youll Do: Assist guests on the gaming floor with machines and promotions Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience Maintain compliance and follow all gaming regulations Support the Gaming Supervisor and Manager in floor operations Keep the gaming floor tidy, organised, and ready for action About you: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Enjoy working in fast-paced, high-energy environments Calm under pressure with great problemsolving skills Team player who can follow procedures and instructions Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements Inherent requirements: This is a handson role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
