Teacher Students At Educational Risk, Kelmscott Senior High School, Independent Public School South Metropolitan Education Region. Salary: $85,610 $124,016 per annum (prorata). Permanent fulltime position commencing Term 2, 2026. The School Kelmscott Senior High School (SHS) is in a phase of growth, innovation, and positive change. Role As a BigPicture Teacher, you will design and support individual learning plans, mentor students in extended projects, and prepare them for exhibitions. You will work closely with the Advisory group, fostering respectful, caring, and productive learning communities. Your work will include teaching, inspiring, building relationships, and managing learning. Responsibilities Design and deliver individualized learning plans and authentic, studentowned projects. Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills. Analyse student performance data and implement strategies that lead to meaningful outcomes. Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues; collaborate to support student wellbeing. Guide Advisory group members into becoming responsible, caring, and productive learners. Eligibility & Qualifications Hold an eligible teaching qualification and be registered as a Teacher in Western Australia. Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with the right to work in WA for the term of appointment. Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before start.
