About the Role We are seeking dedicated and passionate support workers or AIN''s having experience in mental health and challenging behaviours to support our 24 / 7 clients and clients in the community. Experience supporting people with complex care, panic disorder, development trauma and PTSD, ADHD, epilepsy. This role involves supporting participants in their day-to-day living, helping them build independence and ensuring their well-being in a home environment. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support in daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication assistance). Encourage and support independence, skills development, and social / community participation. Follow and implement individualised support and behaviour plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other team members. Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times. About You Certificate III / IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (desirable). Previous experience supporting people with disability, particularly in SIL or mental health, or relevant industry. Experienced and knowledgeable of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices. Knowledge of person-centred practices and NDIS guidelines. Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills. Current First Aid / CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. A valid driver''s licence (mandatory).
