As a Marketing Projects Officer, you''ll build your career working with a team at the top of their marketing game on a diverse range of WA businesses. You''ll work on tasks for our Managed Service Clients with specific deadlines, ensuring all key milestones are met and that client satisfaction is paramount to our success. We will provide you with all the necessary training, as long as you bring the drive and determination to succeed and the desire to be better than you were the day before.You''ll work with the 3BY2 specialist team nationally and internationally, getting exposure to digital, creative, strategy, automation, and down-and-dirty with project management and client relationship management. It''s fast-paced, thoroughly engaging, and a whole lot of fun.Don''t be a number; be a legend and build a real marketing career with 3BY2.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of assigned client tasks. Ensuring all specialists are scheduled and across what needs to be done.Proactively work under a Senior Delivery Manager, taking a secondary role on accounts to learn the art of Delivery Management.Be the gatekeeper of quality between the briefing and the specialist output.Fearlessly dive into different tools, including AI, to provide exceptional care and innovative solutions to clients.Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, addressing any enquiries, concerns, or challenges they may face.Collaborate because no matter how awesome you are, we''re always better together (except sometimes when we need our headphones on for some quiet time, which is also cool).Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices because this space is moving so fast that you''d better love it to thrive in it!Manage timesheets to ensure accountability to the clients and to the team.Speak to clients daily on the phone, run client meetings, create briefs, reprioritise tasks, and ensure we do everything we can to make our clients'' projects successful and profitable.Skills and Experience (serious stuff)Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills and pride in delivering quality outputs.High attention to detail but not a perfectionist (it''s ok to get things wrong and learn for next time).Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools.Ability to work productively and professionally with all members of the 3BY2 team, external contractors and clients.Ability to take ownership of the role and work without close supervision.A real go-getter, with drive and determination to be better than you were the day before.A high-level understanding of the foundations and tools in the world of web development and exposure to the management of web-based and creative projects is deemed a great advantage but not essential.It is a requirement that you have permanent working rights with no restrictions.Important StuffSalary is + SuperHybrid available after you''ve completed 12 months (coz you need to know shit before you work from home)Attractive Profit-Related Bonus Structure#J-18808-Ljbffr
