Site Manager Fit-Out/Refurb up to $10m+Great opportunity to work with highly experienced construction professionals working on fit-out and refurbishment of commercial projects for blue cup clients. A market leader with proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor to join their professional team.Offering a range of services to highend clients, the company specialises in fitout, heavy refurb and some new build of Corporate Office, Health, Education, Government, Hotels, Hospitality and Leisure sector projects. The refurbishment work can involve structural trades, heavy demolition, facades, steel and concrete. This division works on projects from $5m to $10m+ and sometimes up to $100m+ and is considered an employer of choice.ResponsibilitiesConduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff / subcontractorsReview and manage key project issuesLiaise with statutory bodies ensuring all relevant notifications are madeEnsure site compound and amenities are established and maintainedOrganise all site inspections with clients, authorities and consultantsAssist Project Manager with preparing scopes of workUnderstand head and subcontractor contracts, especially in relation to timeframesProduce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing worksQualifications and RequirementsTrade or building related qualification5 to 10+ years experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractorsConstruction Safety Induction (White) cardSenior First Aid CertificateSound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sitesProven ability to lead and motivate subcontractorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsExperience with SureTrak and Project Centre or similarProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelThis is a permanent fulltime position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work.If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click "Apply" to submit your resume or contact Jacob MontagueDay via email on [email protected] or Sam Barnes via email on [email protected] for further information.Seniority levelMidSenior levelEmployment typeFulltimeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesConstruction#J-18808-Ljbffr
