The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently.Full Time Monday FridayKey Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficientlyCommunicating with and providing support to strata owners and tenantsHandling and resolving disputes and complaintsEnsuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsCoordinating and supervising maintenance and repairsOrganizing and chairing meetings of strata ownersPrepare agendas and minutes for meetingsPrepare budgets for presentations to AGMsQualifications:Minimum of 1 years of experience in strata managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskStrong understanding of relevant laws and regulationsThe ability to answer technical/strata management questionsTeam playerStrong computer skills, including experience with strata management softwareIf you are an experienced Strata Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
