Youll be the link between the client, our design team, and referral partners, ensuring every proposal is tailored, every lead is followed up, and every client feels supported throughout the process.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from first enquiry to signed agreementQualify leads and match them with the right service packagePrepare and present tailored proposals and quotesLiaise with Stylists to align proposals with design recommendationsMaintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in HubSpotBuild strong relationships with clients and referral partnersIdentify and establish new referral connections in real estate and propertyRepresent the business at industry networking events, including quarterly eventsProvide regular sales reporting and insights to support forecastingSupport your teammates and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplaceAbout YouYoure a confident communicator who can build rapport easily, manage competing priorities, and drive results without being pushy.
