About The Role Lead the content enablement function that powers discoverability, quality, and transformation across the Regulatory Compliance portfolio. The role manages metadata, taxonomy, and enrichment standards; drives automation and AIassisted workflows; and partners with Product and Technology to modernise content operations. Manages SMEs to support ongoing AI testing for product roadmap and sustaining AI usefulness. We offer a hybrid work model and the position can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office. Responsibilities Metadata, Taxonomy & Schema Governance Own global metadata models, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomy for RC Content; maintain change control and documentation. Define tagging policies and quality thresholds; implement audits and corrective actions. Partner with regional content functions to embed taxonomy in drafting standards and CMS templates. Enrichment & AI Enablement Establish best practices for training data creation and evaluation for AIassisted tasks (classification, summarisation, extraction). Design humanintheloop quality controls and acceptance criteria for model outputs. Coordinate pilots that apply AI to accelerate content production, QA, and delivery. Content Systems, Workflows & Tooling Collaborate with Technology to evolve CMS workflows, APIs, and pipelines for scalable delivery and reuse. Champion structured content, componentisation, and automation to improve throughput and reliability. Define telemetry and dashboards for throughput, cycle time, and quality metrics. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Recruit, coach and lead a crossfunctional team of leads and experts. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content Managers to prioritise enablement initiatives tied to business outcomes. Run communities of practice; publish playbooks and training materials. C. Measures of Success (indicative) Metadata/taxonomy quality targets achieved; improved search/discoverability metrics. Reduced cycle times and rework; increased straightthrough processing. Successful delivery of AIenabled pilots and commercial use cases with measurable ROI and quality. D. Autonomy Operates with high autonomy; sets standards and roadmaps in consultation with leadership. Oversees governance and escalates risks as needed. Requirements Bachelors degree in law required, with preference for information science computer science, or related field; advanced degree advantageous. 5+ years in content operations, knowledge management, or data enrichment, including leadership of specialist teams. Handson experience with taxonomy/ontology management, metadata standards, and CMS workflows. Practical familiarity with ML/AI evaluation, data labelling, and humanintheloop quality controls.
