About The Role We are looking for Physiotherapists to provide lifechanging physiotherapy to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 925 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. This position is ideal if you are seeking a fulltime position, however parttime would also be considered. Responsibilities Working in the social model means youll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres Utilising an evidencebased measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you''ll create therapy plans and provide lifechanging occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding Working in an interdisciplinary youth team, youll be able to wrap the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes. Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs Youll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
