This is a fulltime position working across rotating shifts (8:30am4:30pm, 9:00am5:00pm, 9:30am5:30pm) and supporting all age groups from 06 years. This includes: Leading, mentoring, and coaching educators in curriculum planning and implementation Supporting and observing practice on the floor (15 hours per week spent on the floor) Ensuring curriculum aligns with the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Aspires Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy Driving reflective practice, documentation quality, and continuous improvement Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the local community Empowering educators to deliver highquality, childled programs Supporting QIP development and centrewide improvement goals What Were Looking For ACECQAapproved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Previous experience as an Educational Leader or strong capability to step into the role A positive, proactive attitude and strong mentoring skills Confidence and experience supporting educators by observing practice Sound understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organisational skills and commitment to best practice Current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training Our Commitment to Child Safety & Inclusion Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is committed to child safety, wellbeing, participation, empowerment, and cultural safety for all childrenincluding those with disabilities and from culturally diverse backgrounds.
