Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Advisor to join their team in Western Australia. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a handson operational environment and enjoys partnering with managers and employees to maintain a safe, compliant, and positive workplace. What youll be doing: Conducting regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments Leading or supporting investigations into incidents, accidents, and nearmisses Coordinating and delivering WHS training, inductions, toolbox sessions, and emergency drills Maintaining safety documentation, SDS registers, incident reports, and compliance records Assisting with workers compensation, injury management, and returntowork coordination Supporting HR administration including onboarding, recruitment coordination, and contracts Providing basic HR guidance to employees and leaders while maintaining confidentiality What youll need: Qualifications in Work Health & Safety (Cert IV minimum or higher) 5+ years experience in a safetyfocused role within an operational, manufacturing, or industrial environment Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation processes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Desirable: Experience with HR administration, onboarding, or coordination Desirable: TAE or Training & Assessment qualifications, or experience delivering training Whats in it for you: A stable, permanent fulltime opportunity with real influence on daytoday workplace safety Supportive management team with strong focus on WHS culture and continuous improvement The opportunity to broaden your skill set across both Safety and HR functions A handson operational environment where your work directly impacts employee wellbeing Career development opportunities within a growing organisation How to apply: To complete your application, please click the APPLY button.
