The role: You will assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant & bar and are responsible for delivering and maintaining highquality food & beverage service in an efficient and friendly manner. You ensure that the operations in the restaurant and bar run smoothly through breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Skills & Experience Appropriate food & beverage related qualifications and/or significant experience in restaurant service Knowledge of Australian wines and other beverages Training in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Amazing communication and organisation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and without supervision Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
