As the Vessel Engineer you will ensure the safe mechanical operations of our vessels, enhancing the guest experience in one of Australias most stunning locations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence.Key responsibilities include, but not limited toPerform daily engine and machinery checks on assigned vessels.Collaborate with the Master to manage the safe operations of the vessel in accordance with policies and procedures.Diagnose system problems as they occur.Ensure all maintenance requirements and actions are recorded accurately.Coordinate and uphold effective preventative maintenance programmes.About youWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vessel Engineer with a strong background in marine engines and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk assessments and safety measures, alongside excellent guest service skills to meet guest expectations.
