As a Complex Case Manager, youll lead the development and implementation of universitywide frameworks for managing serious misconduct and complaints, ensuring alignment with institutional values, regulatory obligations, and sector best practice. Youll manage the most sensitive and complex cases, including public interest disclosures, research integrity matters, ICAC and Ombudsman investigations, and gendered violence cases. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate highstakes situations with professionalism and empathy. Design and implement complaint and misconduct frameworks across the University. Manage complex, highrisk cases with impartiality and integrity. Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on emerging risks and systemic issues. Lead investigations, prepare detailed reports, and liaise with regulators. Build capability through staff training and governance initiatives. This is a fulltime, ongoing position based at our Hawkesbury and Parramatta South campus, with hybrid working arrangements available. Please refer to the Position Description for further information.
