The role If you love supporting educators, building their confidence and helping them see what''s possible for children with disability and additional needs, this could be your next meaningful career move. Were looking for an experienced early childhood professional perhaps an existing Preschool Field Officer, or a highly skilled Early Childhood Teacher wanting to shift into a coaching and capability-building role to join Gateways as a PSFO & Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Consultant. This role is all about sharing your expertise. Youll step into kindergartens across the South West Region, work alongside educators, and help them build inclusive practice in ways that feel achievable, meaningful and aligned with their strengths. When youre not out visiting services, youll have the flexibility to work from home to complete planning, documentation and reflective consultation. Its a 2dayperweek role, with flexibility in how those days are structured to align with funding and service allocations. Although the role covers both PSFO and KIS functions, they remain separate areas of work, and youll shift between them depending on what each service needs.
