Marketing Coordinator - One Agency Elite Property Group One Agency Elite Property Group Albion Park NSW Are you a creative and organised junior marketer who loves making things happen? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our fast paced real estate team and help deliver standout campaigns across digital, print and social. You will work closely with our marketing team to bring ideas to life while keeping our brand consistent, our campaigns on track and our content flowing. What you will be doing Social Media and Advertising Create and manage Facebook Ads for Just Listed, Sold and agent campaignsDesign graphics in Canva and post to social platforms Monitor inbox messages, comments and Google reviews Track ad performance and spending Design and Content Create brochures, letterbox drops and digital collateral in Canva Coordinate printers, signage orders and flyer distribution Assist with monthly newsletters Upload blog articles and content updates Coordination and Admin Manage sponsorship posts and design requests Schedule video shoots and liaise with suppliers Update team profiles, email signatures and listing portalsSend EDMs via Eagle and prepare monthly stats reports What you will bring Excellent communication and strong organisational skills High attention to detail and a proactive, can do attitude Experience with Canva, Facebook Ads Manager and social platforms Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required) Why you will love it here Creative, varied role with plenty of learning Supportive, down to earth team that values your ideas Mix of digital, design, content and campaign work Monday to Friday role Flexibility to work in any of our Illawarra Offices All enquiries will be treated with complete confidentiality.
