We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to support our Gippsland region.Please note: This position is a dual role, combining Account Management with Medical Reception support across our clinics. What will you be doing? Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and healthcare partners Plan and manage your weekly schedule across four Gippsland clinics, with travel also required to Mount Waverley head office Identify opportunities to support service growth and referrer engagement Attend meetings, networking events and education sessions (occasional out-of-hours work) Medical Receptionist / Administration Provide patient service and reception support when required Schedule imaging appointments and assist with administrative and billing tasks Maintain confidentiality while supporting day-to-day clinic operations Work collaboratively with clinical and reception teams Provide ''back office'' administrative support when required Our Ideal Candidate Experience in customer service, sales, account management or healthcare Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously Able to support fast-paced clinic environments when needed)} #J-18808-Ljbffr
