And we''re seeking a passionate and motivated Employment Consultant to deliver tailored employment services under the new Inclusive Employment Assistance (IEA) program. This role involves working closely with participants and employers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and promote inclusive workplaces.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of participants, you will build rapport and trust with each person and work to create a plan that will see them achieving their employment goals.
