Automotive Parts Consultants (Interpreters) - Experienced and Trainees We have some great opportunities for full-time Parts Interpreters and Trainees, to join our growing team. The positions are full-time and based in Maroochydore and Caloundra. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with the Service Department to ensure the correct parts are supplied, allocated and that stock levels are maintained and readily available to service our customer orders. Role Responsibilities include, (full training provided for trainees): Administration and data base stock management Managing stock, picking and assigning orders as required Providing parts advice for service and repairs Customer interaction - providing top-notch quality customer service Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions, advising pricing and warranty expectations Managing parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes Building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business About You: Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, orfor Trainees - a keen desire to learn Computer skills and tech savvy Customer service confidence and experience preferred.
