The Dean is a strategic leadership role, generally with no timetabled classes, tasked with overseeing and delegating to other staff to achieve the expected outcomes for students in Years 1012. Responsibilities Provide academic advice and pastoral care for students in Years 1012. Liaise with students and parents on matters relating to Student Welfare and Teaching & Learning. Work closely with Assistant Deans of Senior School, Head of Learning Enrichment, Heads of House, Pastoral Care Liaison team, Chaplain, Heads of Faculty and Heads of Teaching & Learning 712 on operational and administrative matters. Innovatively use ICT and contribute to outdoor education and cocurricular programmes. Report directly to the Deputy Headmaster (Director of Culture) and the Director of Studies, and occasionally to the Headmaster. Qualifications & Expectations Appropriately qualified and experienced Christian educator. Commitment to Christian faith, evidenced by regular attendance at a BibleBelieving Church.
