Responsible for overseeing the Mildura Base Public Hospital WHS Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and codes. Lead continuous improvement of WHS systems and provide expert safety guidance, support and leadership to managers, supervisors and Health & Safety Representatives across the organisation. To be successful at this role, you will have: Qualification and/or appropriate experience in Occupational Health and Safety Demonstrated use and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety risk management principles Demonstrated experience in assessing and managing OH&S risks Experience in working in a public health environment This position is remunerated at an Administration Officer Grade 4 (HS4) under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
