About the Role Were expanding and seeking two Operations Supervisors to join our Rutherford team: AM Shift: 3:30am start PM Shift: 10:00am 6:00pm Reporting to the Collections Manager, youll oversee fleet operations, lead a team of drivers, and ensure services meet safety, compliance, and client expectations. This is a handson leadership role where no two days are the same! Key Responsibilities Supervise fleet operations and staff during your shift Manage rosters, run sheets, and daily documentation Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct incident investigations and deliver toolbox talks Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Recruit, train, and develop team members What Were Looking For Essential: Previous experience in waste management Strong customerfocused approach Valid Class HR drivers license Solid computer and systems skills Desirable: Operations management experience in a bluecollar industry Knowledge of contract management Understanding of WHS & NHVR compliance Strong problemsolving and time management skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Forklift licence Why Join Us?
