Mechanical Leading Hand - Yeppoon Workshop Shutdowns, Maintenance & Welding Yeppoon QLD SMW Group are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic mechanical leading hand to join the team at the new Yeppoon workshop. This position requires a high level of customer support and service management of road transport vehicles & mining and construction equipment. DESIRABLE ABILITIES Knowledge of road transport (light, medium and heavy vehicles) & construction/mining equipment such as generators, compressors and high pressure wash units. Trade qualified in mechanical trades A high level of focus on individual and team safety performance. Face to face customer communication skills. Excellent communication and problem solving skills verbal & written. Can do attitude with true desire for customer satisfaction. Commitment to meet targets and team goals. Accomplished in improving service levels and enhancing customercompany relationships. Able to offer technical advice to customers and team members when required.
