Aspect Personnel is currently working with a Victorian council to recruit an experienced Project Manager for its Capital Works Team. This is an initial 6month contract with the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of community building and infrastructure projects. The council offers a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days working from home. Responsibilities Endtoend project management Management of contractors Liaison with internal and external stakeholders Deliver projects from preconstruction through to handover Identify, review and manage risks for the projects Deliver projects to council standards Prepare detailed reports Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Building Construction, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with relevant experience Experience in project and/or construction management Previous experience delivering Capital Works Projects on time, within quality and budget constraints Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Local Government experience Current drivers licence For more information or to discuss this role in detail, contact Michael Parker on 0431593*** or email ********@aspectpersonnel.com.au.
