Based in Wyoming, this is a rare opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role, with guaranteed pay and leave conditions, and a strong commitment to child safety and professional growth. Why Youll Love This Role Afternoon shifts: 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during school terms and equivalent weekly hours during school holidays. Plus admin time with times that work for you. Total 50 hours (minimum) per fortnight. Permanent Part time. Paid leave, stability, and a values-driven workplace Ongoing paid professional development, including First Aid and child safety training Real opportunities to lead, grow, and make a difference Additional hours available by negotiation, with split shift allowances What Youll Be Doing Leading a passionate team of educators Delivering engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families Supporting childrens confidence, wellbeing, and independence Managing compliance, safety, and daily operations with care and clarity Act as Responsible person for the majority of your shifts About You Youre a natural leader who brings: At least 2 years experience working with primary school-aged children (OSHC, education, sport, drama or similar) Confidence in leading a team and coordinating daily routines Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A commitment to best practice, inclusion, and continuous learning Youll need to hold: Working With Children Check A cleared Police Check First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification Child Protection Training Eligible for appointment as Responsible Person Our Commitment to Child Safety GRCS is a child safe organisation.
