We value career growth and development and provide ample opportunities for progression within the company.ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients to provide an outstanding client experience and build nurturing relationships.Providing support to the Advice Team with client queries.Preparation and Implementation of Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents.Complete, lodge, process and follow up our clients investment, superannuation, pension & insurance applications.Investing funds in direct shares and managed funds.Monitor applications and liaise with fund managers through to completion.Assist clients with completion of Centrelink applications & updates.Accurately updating information in our client management system (Xplan).Ensure all administration compliance & evidencing requirements are met.Qualifications & RequirementsTo work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.Consent to a Police Check.To be professionally presented.Be able to work independently and part of a team.Strong attention to detail.Maintain a predictable and consistent work schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time.A committed and caring attitude focused on quality service, team goals, outcomes, and productivity.Able to take ownership of the duties within the role & be proactive.Honest, respectful, positive, and have a professional phone manner.A willingness to adhere to our culture and values.If you are a proactive problemsolver with a passion for delivering topnow client experiences, we invite you to apply and be a key part of our dedicated team.
